Taken at Hidden Lake Gardens in Michigan. The Orten effect is a process by which the color is intensified and the sharp version of the photo is layered with a blurred filter, creating a dreamy, rich look.

On my way to school one morning, I watched this sunrise develop before me.

An April storm in Bridgewater, Michigan.
Thanksgiving of 2004 we had an early snow. I was out taking photos all day. This was the grand finale. River Raisin, Bridgewater County, Michigan
A storm passing to the south of our house.
Early morning, country road. Bridgewater township, MI
