Two Hearts
This is a special painting done for my wedding invitation. Can you find the two hearts imbeddied in the design? I have sold numerous cards to engaged couples who are looking for a special wedding invitiation.;
How Sweet the Lily grows
This is one of my personal favorites. I love lillies. Notice the negative painting in the area around the yellow mirror.
Lilies in the Field
This is a good example of negative painting done with only three colors-- Blue-green, orange, and purple. We call this a "Triad" in the art world. It can be difficult to do but exciting when you succeed
Amazing Rose
The maze concept was in my mind when I did this. We all walk through the maze of life looking for the reason for being here. The search takes us through twists and turns. We finally ask God to steer us in the right direction and we exit the maze!

This is a great Christmas Card. I loved painting it!
Monarch and Butterfly
The Buterfluy is painted directly but the flowers are negatively painted. This has been a big seller this year.

Lemoncello
I was inspired by a trip to Naples, Italy. I have never seen such beautiful lemons. I love the movement of the scrolls throughout the composition.
Easter basket
I am fond of birds, nests, and eggs. This one is surrounded by pink, orange and green, negatively painted foliage.
Floral Geometry
I love Gardenias because they smell so wonderful. I love painting multi-petal flowers. The original was sold but you can still have a print.
Blue Eggs
This is another version of the same composition , "Pink Eggs," but created with a warmer palette. Trying different color combinations is a fun way to paint.

This is another negative painting using a triadic color plan of the primaries. I love day lilies!
PInk eggs
This is a good example of a vibrant negative painting. Can you see the multiple layers of leaves? This is one of my most paintings.

This has been a popular painting. Everyone loves Sunflowers and this interesting compositon of yellows and purples sings!

This was the first painting I did after my divorce. I learned a lot about myself and therefore I named this painting, "Self Discovery."
