Diane Berni - Watercolors
Today’s featured artist is Diane Berni. Diane was an extraordinary painter who created stunning artwork regardless of the subject matter. This is a fantastic collection! Be sure to check out the Pastels gallery, also. My favorites from this one are “Purple Mountains Majesty”, “Aspen Waterway” and “Jacksons’ Bounty”. - ArtSweet

Painting Watercolors is most intriguing. Planning ahead to achieve a look of spontaneity is very challenging. The natural world around us is so full of unbelievably beautiful images. I try to paint nature - landscapes, seascapes and the human form. Sunlight and shadow, light and dark make the most wonderful designs. Snow or water, the ability to capture its timeless and ever changing quality, is a fascinating project.
